23rd June 2004 Windsurfing: Brogborough Wind Direction: sw Wind Stength: 30 ish Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Great to be back on the water in a decent wind last time I sailed in proper wind was over a month ago Wind was up and down started with a 5.8 managed to hold on for a while but had to change down to 5.3 would of gone smaller but thats the smallest ive got. Really powered up at time with massive spin out with the 28cm fin too much big kit sailing pressing too much on the fin/ I shouldn't of really but put the 34cm fin in and sailed with that rather a bit too much lift that a board that won't go straight. Managed a couple of gybes but wind was right direction for bank to bank so whimped out most of the time. |
